Stella McCartney is an English Fashion Designer. Her parents are Linda McCartney and Beatle Sir Paul McCartney and was born on 13th September 1971. She married British publisher Alasdhair Willis in 2003, and together they have 4 children. Stella is an animal rights activist- just like her mother. She is a lifelong vegetarian, and she takes this value forward with her designs. Stella’s designs are vegan and cruelty free and also not harmful for the environment. She is also a supporter of PETA.
In 2019, Stella McCartney was name checked in a song of one of world’s most famous pop icon. This pop sensation is none other than Taylor Swift. Taylor and Stella are good friends and Taylor frequently wears her designs on and off the red carpet. The Stella x Taylor Swift idea came to be when Taylor played Stella the song “London Boy” from her latest album Lover. She had visited her to ask if her name check was okay, and Stella had insisted that there was a merchandise line along with the album release.
Here is what the campaign looks like. FYI all items were sold out over a couple of days! The airbrush effect on the merch is stunning! And they were all below $100!. Still expensive, but fairly less than Stella’s usual price range.

The collection is amazing, and they are all upto the standards that Stella works with- this means that all the jerseys are made from 100% cotton material!
I really do hope that Stella releases a few extra quantities closer to the tour!
